BLOOD ORANGE FETA VINAIGRETTE
This vinaigrette is light and flavorful with the perfect mix of tart fruit and sweetness. It’s perfect on everything from salad to appetizers – I even like it over bread!
Ingredients:
1 small blood orange, juiced
¼ cup feta cheese
½ lemon, juiced
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, blood orange juice, feta and honey in a blender and blend until combined.
2. Season with salt and pepper and add more honey if necessary.
