INGREDIENTS
2 oz Blanco Tequila
2 oz Vanderpump Rosé
1 ½ oz Triple Sec
3 small limes, sliced into rounds (reserve 3 slices for garnish)
3-4 strawberries, sliced into rounds (reserve 3 slices for garnish)
2 oz Strawberry Rosé Syrup
Crushed Pink Himalayan Salt
Ice
STRAWBERRY ROSÉ SYRUP
½ cup Vanderpump Rosé
½ cup diced or blended strawberries (blend or dice them before measuring)
1 cup white sugar
Combine all ingredients into a small saucepan and bring slowly up to a simmer. Before the mixture boils, reduce heat to a low-medium simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Strain into a jar and let cool.
PREPARATION
1. Wipe one of the lime rounds around the edge of the rocks glass. Roll the edge of the glass through the pink salt.
2. Add the strawberries to a shaker with 2 oz of the Strawberry Rosé Simple Syrup and the limes. Muddle vigorously.
3. Add the tequila, the triple sec, the rosé to the shaker and top with ice. Shake for at least 30 seconds!
5. Pour the cocktail into the rocks glass and garnish with the reserved slices of strawberry and lime.
